Refunds
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Rovera reviews refund and payment-dispute requests for digital services, accounts, virtual items, and similar goods.
2. Before payment
You may withdraw an offer before Rovera confirms the transaction and sends payment. Notify us if information changes, the item becomes unavailable, or a platform restriction is discovered.
3. After payment
Because digital goods can be transferred, accessed, changed, or used immediately, completed purchases are generally final. A refund may be considered for duplicate payment, material misrepresentation, failed agreed transfer, or a mandatory consumer right.
4. Reviewable situations
We may review a request where Rovera paid for a materially different good, the agreed transfer was not completed, or a payment was processed more than once. The remedy depends on the agreement, evidence, and any third-party platform cause.
5. Normally not refundable
We generally cannot refund losses caused by false information, unauthorized transfers, stolen or compromised goods, a later platform ban, a seller reclaiming an account, market-value changes, or a platform-policy breach.
6. Review process
Send the transaction reference, payment date, description of the issue, and supporting evidence to help@rovera.xyz. We may ask questions and pause review while verifying the transaction.
7. Partial refunds
Where only part of a transaction is affected, Rovera may consider a partial refund or proportionate adjustment instead of reversing the entire transaction.
8. Payment provider rules
Refunds can be subject to provider rules, review times, currency conversion, and settlement procedures. A refund may be delayed during payment or fraud review.
9. Information needed
We may need the transaction reference, amount, item description, messages, transfer status, and reasonable evidence. Do not send passwords or recovery codes by ordinary email.
10. Fraud and misuse
We may deny a claim and restrict future transactions where information is false, a claimant seeks both a refund and the digital good, a payment method was unauthorized, or the claim appears connected to fraud or abuse.
11. Consumer rights
This policy does not remove rights under mandatory consumer or other applicable law. Any legally required cancellation, repair, replacement, or refund right remains available to the extent required.
12. Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate. We may provide transaction records to the payment provider where appropriate.
13. Timing and method
If approved, a refund normally uses the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on banks, card issuers, processors, or third-party platforms.
