Terms

1. About Rovera
Rovera is a digital marketplace and acquisition service. We review offers for digital services, online accounts, virtual items, usernames, communities, and related digital goods, including Discord, Roblox, Rocket League, TikTok, gaming accounts, and in-game items. We may use manual review, technical checks, payment providers, and third-party information to decide whether an offer can be considered.
2. Agreement
By contacting Rovera, submitting an offer, or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an offer or transfer a digital good. Additional written terms may apply to a specific transaction and will take priority only for that transaction where they clearly conflict with these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence. Minors may not use Rovera without a parent or legal guardian where required by law, and no person may use the service if doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, payment restrictions, or another applicable rule.
4. Ownership and authority
You may only submit a good that you own or are legally authorized to transfer. You must provide accurate information about ownership, history, restrictions, bans, disputes, linked services, recovery methods, and transferability. If you act for another person or company, you must have authority and may be asked to prove it.
5. Prohibited submissions
Rovera does not knowingly purchase stolen, hacked, compromised, fraudulent, phished, chargeback-funded, or unlawfully obtained goods. We may reject offers connected to malware, identity theft, unauthorized access, scams, money laundering, sanctions violations, impersonation, or any other illegal activity, and may preserve or share information where legally permitted or required.
6. Platform rules
Many platforms restrict or prohibit account sales, transfers, sharing, or commercial use. Rovera may reject any offer that is not permitted by the relevant platform, is likely to be reclaimed, or could expose a person to enforcement. We do not ask you to bypass security, evade a ban, falsify information, or violate platform terms.
7. Verification
We may ask for reasonable evidence of ownership, purchase history, transferability, identity, or account condition. Information must be accurate, current, and relevant. Do not send unnecessary passwords, recovery codes, payment-card data, or sensitive information. We may pause, refuse, or cancel a review when evidence is incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious, or impossible to verify.
8. Offers and acceptance
Website information is not a binding offer to buy. A transaction becomes binding only when Rovera confirms the specific good, price, payment method, transfer steps, and any conditions in writing. We may correct errors, withdraw an indicative price, request more evidence, or refuse a transaction before confirmation.
9. Transfer and payment
Payment is made after the agreed verification and transfer requirements are complete, unless the written transaction confirmation states another sequence. The payment method, timing, currency, fees, conversion costs, and deductions are agreed for the individual transaction. You are responsible for correct payment details and applicable taxes or reporting obligations.
10. Completion
You must not intentionally reclaim, reverse, report, recover, or interfere with a digital good after payment if doing so defeats the transaction. If a transfer fails because information was false, access was unauthorized, the original owner reclaims the good, or a platform blocks the transfer, Rovera may investigate, withhold unresolved amounts where lawful, and pursue available remedies.
11. Third-party availability
Rovera cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will keep an account, item, username, community, or service available. Third parties may suspend, delete, restrict, change, or reclaim digital goods for reasons outside Rovera’s control. We do not provide platform-policy, tax, investment, or legal advice.
12. Definitions
“Rovera”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of the Rovera website and acquisition service. “User” means anyone who visits, contacts us, submits an offer, or participates in a transaction. “Digital good” means an electronically delivered account, item, code, service, entitlement, username, community, or related product.
13. General interpretation
Headings are for readability and do not limit the meaning of a section. References to writing include a clear electronic confirmation. A reference to a platform includes its affiliates, applications, websites, publishers, issuers, payment systems, and service providers where relevant to the transaction.
14. Website access
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, browser, enabled JavaScript, supported cookies, and an email address that you can access reliably. You are also responsible for checking that messages from Rovera are not filtered, blocked, or redirected by your provider, and for keeping your device and email account protected against unauthorized access.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons, including when a provider changes its service, when we investigate an incident, or when a feature creates an unacceptable risk. We may limit access by region, account, device, transaction type, or risk category, and may apply rate limits, verification steps, or temporary holds.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, compatibility with every browser or device, or that every page will remain available for a particular period. A temporary outage does not cancel a confirmed transaction unless the parties agree or applicable law requires that result.
15. User accounts and communications
If we provide an account or ticket area, keep access details confidential and provide accurate information. Communications sent to the email address or contact method you provide may be treated as communications to you. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, impersonation, or a message that appears to change payment or transfer instructions.
